No. All receivership assets must remain frozen until the Receiver determines the actual value of assets that remain.

It is impossible to determine at this time. The Receiver is working to protect investors’ assets to the extent possible, but there is no way to predict at this early date how much remains and how much if any of the assets will be returned.
How long will this take?
It is impossible to predict the total amount of time. The Receiver and his professional staff are working hard to accomplish their jobs but there is much to be done. It is not uncommon for Receiverships to last a year or more.
What is a Receiver?
A Receiver is an individual appointed by the court who assumes responsibility for all assets in the companies that are being investigated.
